• Kelli Hansen presents on new submission form findings.
• What is our next step? Are there other ways to streamline our work?
• We determined that we should test the new submission form further.
• Kelli will expand the fields in the submission form to match our custom fields; hopefully this will not be too confusing for users, and will enable us to ignore the second set of fields, thus resulting in less confusion
• Kelli will ensure that everyone has the correct permissions to be able to see and edit the WPUF fields
  
• Ann will write out step-by-step instructions for the new submission form
• Ann will send out new assignments for testing the new form and the instructions. Hope to have a sense of results by ALA
• Assistant Editor: would anyone be willing to become Assistant Editor and help out with administrative tasks? Or, perhaps these tasks could be split between several people?
• Val volunteered to help monitor the email account; as we refine the new submission form the workflows may change a bit
• Ann will write up a list of tasks so everyone has a sense of the work that needs to be done
• RISM status update and next steps
• Kate reported that we are ready to edit the citation form according to a form agreed upon by representatives from the music cataloging community and the RISM office in Frankfurt. She will draft something and send it to us for review.
• EDIT 16 status update and next steps
• Kate reported that we have not heard back from the original proposer, but we are ready to edit the conversion spreadsheet to reflect information about how to distinguish the online resource from old print citations. She will make this change at the same time as the RISM changes.
