• Your username and email address are the same as for the sandbox site.  You should have gotten an email from Wordpress with a new password which you can change.  Make sure that you can log in.

• Automatic assignment of accession number to "Citation Number" field for new entries.  Last number used was 799.

Volunteer to Assist with RDA Proposal

• Mathew Haugen:  "Thank you all for your feedback last year regarding the RDA proposal on subject relationships in RDA (links below). I'm writing to you again because the outcomes of that proposal did not adequately address the secondary consequences we identified for references to published descriptions in RDA, necessitating a follow-up proposal. The authorship of this proposal has been taken up by ALA and referred to RBMS/BSC.

          As the liaison to CC:DA, I will be responsible for working with CC:DA and the ALA Representative to the RDA Joint Steering Committee to finalize and submit the proposal,           which I hope to complete before ALA Annual.

          Since you displayed interest in this topic originally, would you be willing to assist me with the authoring of that proposal, which is currently in an early working draft form?           If not, can you suggest others who might be interested in participating (perhaps others on the SCF editorial group)?

Workflow

• Comments and proposals for new citation forms go to the group gmail @ SCF.Editorial.Team@gmail.com
• System for checking and responding to comments and proposals - have one person with someone as backup?
• Ann will check gmail twice/week and solicit volunteers for new proposals once a week.  We'll set up meetings as needed to discuss comments.
